Courtney, with over a decade of teaching experience, specializes in voice and piano accompaniment. Holding a B.Mus in Performance from the University of Toronto, she focuses on contemporary styles like pop, R&B, indie, and musical theatre. Courtney is passionate about fostering musical proficiency, confidence, and self-awareness, serving as both a teacher and mentor to her students.
Kathleen Hutten is a Toronto-based musician, songwriter, and composer from Halifax, Nova Scotia. A graduate of Acadia University’s Bachelor of Music in Music Education, she has over five years of experience teaching students and community ensembles. Kathleen is passionate about creating an accessible, engaging, and supportive space where students can explore their creativity and develop their musical identity.
Jonathan is a passionate educator and performer specializing in jazz, pop, and R&B who brings a dynamic, student-centered approach that blends technique with creative exploration. As a songwriter and producer, Jonathan has a rich understanding of the inner workings of musical structure allowing him to break complex pieces into digestible sections for students of all levels of experience. His musical theatre background further expands the reach of his versatility as an
instructor. Jonathan’s goal is to inspire a lifelong love of music while equipping students with the skills to excel across genres—from foundational classics to contemporary improvisation.
Niki is a Toronto-based touring and recording musician, music teacher, and audio professional with a career rooted in both performance and education. She holds an Honours BA in Audio Production from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) and brings a deep, practical understanding of music to every lesson.
As a teacher, Niki works with students in drums, piano, guitar, and music theory, with experience teaching Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) levels from beginner through Level 4. Her strongest areas are drums, piano, and music theory, and her approach emphasizes strong fundamentals, musical confidence, and helping students feel genuinely connected to what they’re playing.
Having studied with award-winning alumni of Berklee College of Music and UCLA, Niki brings that mentorship forward into a supportive, adaptable teaching style. She tailors lessons to each student’s goals—whether they’re learning for enjoyment, preparing for exams, or developing their own creative voice—while fostering curiosity, consistency, and long-term musical growth.
Jordyn is a Toronto-based educator, musician, producer, and singer-songwriter. She began her musical journey at 9, studying guitar, piano, and voice, and later earned an Honours degree in Popular Music Studies and Psychology with Distinction in Voice and Audio Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.
Her passion for songwriting has led to several self-produced singles, performances across Toronto and London, and collaborations with musicians across Ontario in genres ranging from indie and folk to pop and R&B.
Alongside her own music, Jordyn has produced over 100 original student-written songs and directs an annual Songwriting Summer Camp. With six years of teaching and recording experience, she’s dedicated to fostering creativity while helping students grow both technically and artistically as musicians.
Beau Cassidy is a Toronto based Producer, Songwriter, DJ Mix Engineer and Composer. Beau’s approach to music production is honed by a combination of highly technical training and extensive knowledge of advanced music harmony. Beau’s sound fuses analog and in-the-box skills with a whimsical, irreverent pop attitude, embodying the genre-fluid future of music production.
He holds an Honours BFA in Electroacoustics from Concordia University and returned to Toronto in 2017 to build his career as a producer, audio engineer, and music creative. In 2022, Beau was an assistant engineer on the Juno-winning album Zhawenim by Digging Roots. Passionate, energetic, and reliable, Beau Cassidy is committed to making music that breaks rules and transcends genre, fostering an environment where artists feel empowered to express themselves freely. Currently, Beau works as a contract engineer at 80A Studios, Union Sound, and Revolution Recording and mixes in the private east end studio Raventape Music Room (where he works as writing duo RoBeau with fellow producer Robbie Grunwald).
Since 2022, Beau has been the Recording Instructor in Sheridan College’s post-graduate Music For Screen and Stage program.
Noelle Slaney is a Newfoundland-born soprano and opera performer based in Toronto, praised for her “rich tone” and “enviable coloratura.” She holds advanced degrees in vocal and opera performance and has performed diverse roles in classical and contemporary works. With nine years of teaching experience, Noelle tailors voice and piano lessons to individual goals, focusing on technique, expression, and physical awareness.
Stergios Kalochoridis is a Toronto native and independent musician with over a decade of professional performance experience. As the founding member of the alternative rock group The Lookout Service, he has established a strong presence within Canada’s rock music scene, writing, and recording and producing all of the group’s work independently.
Alongside his performance career, Stergios is a dedicated music educator who specializes in guitar and bass instruction, and also teaches drums. He is deeply passionate about education and committed to sharing his experience with students, fostering technical proficiency, creativity, and a lasting appreciation for music.
Nolan, a performer and composer from Mississauga, Ontario, holds certificates in Jazz Bass from Humber College and Independent Music Production from Seneca College. He has performed across Canada, scored award-winning films, and recorded in various genres. Known for his encouraging teaching style, Nolan inspires students to explore their creativity while learning guitar, bass, ukulele, drums, piano, songwriting, and theory. He also tours with his band “cootie catcher,” sharing his passion for music across Canada and the U.S.
Craig Stickland is a Juno nominated singer, songwriter, producer and multi instrumentalist who
has been a full time artist for over a decade. He has toured the world as guitarist and support for
Alessia Cara, Coldplay, and Jojo to name a select few. His real world experience will provide
invaluable insights, serving as an inspiring guide, while creating a fun and safe space to explore
your artistry.

Born and raised in Toronto’s Beaches, Georgia Valentyne has been immersed in music since the age of six. She studied Musical Theatre at the International College of Musical Theatre in New York City and graduated from Randolph College for the Performing Arts.
A singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Georgia plays piano, guitar, and ukulele. She recently appeared as Rhoda in White Christmas with Wavestage Theatre.
Georgia is passionate about helping kids enjoy the learning process. As someone who struggled to find the right learning fit growing up, she’s committed to creating a welcoming, encouraging space where every student feels supported and inspired.
Alessia Cohle is an award-winning pop-country artist, songwriter, and music educator with over a decade of teaching experience. She holds a Master of Music in Contemporary Performance from Berklee College of Music (Valencia, Spain) and brings real-world industry insight into every lesson. As an active performer and songwriter, Alessia has shared the stage with artists such as Brett Kissel, Tim Hicks, and Jason Blaine, performed internationally, and earned recognition from major songwriting competitions and Canadian music awards.
Her teaching approach combines strong technical foundations with creativity, confidence, and practical tools to help students grow as musicians and performers.
Sam “Sajoga” Gamper is a songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from
Toronto with more than a decade of experience making music. Wearing many hats on
his own artist journey, he has developed both the technical expertise and artistic
freedom necessary to produce high quality work and have fun doing it. His approach
emphasizes the “play” that is inherent in making art – focusing on curiosity and self-
expression above all else.
Johnny is a professional composer and AAA game audio designer who helps students create immersive video game soundtracks. With over 25 years as a musician and experience at Ubisoft Toronto, he brings real-world industry knowledge into every lesson.
Students learn how music is created and implemented in games using industry tools, exploring composition, production, and sound design in a hands-on, engaging way.
Johnny has worked on major titles including Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Watch Dogs: Legion, and the Far Cry series. His goal is to help students confidently create music that sounds like the games they love—all in a fun, supportive environment.
