What does a music producer actually do?
A music producer writes, arranges, and mixes recorded music. They select instruments, shape sounds, and make every creative decision that turns a rough idea into a finished track. In our classes, students work hands-on with DAWS like Ableton Live and Logic Pro, learning the same workflows used in professional studios. No instrument experience needed for our music production classes — just curiosity and a love for music.

Music Production Basics
Students ages 8–12 will learn the fundamentals of music production, beat making, and recording in a fun, hands-on environment. They’ll explore professional music production software, experiment with sounds and instruments, create original beats, and learn how to record, edit, and mix their own music. By the end of the program, each student will have produced their own original project and gained a solid understanding of how modern music is created.

Samples, Loops & Beats
A next-step music production course for students who are ready to go beyond the fundamentals. Students will create original music from the ground up, developing stronger beat making, recording, editing, mixing, and arrangement skills while exploring the genres they enjoy most. They’ll experiment with sampling, sound design, MIDI instruments, and studio production techniques, gaining the confidence to produce polished, professional-sounding tracks and develop their own creative style.

Advanced Music Production
Designed for experienced producers ready to take their music to the next level, this course focuses on creating professional-quality tracks from concept to release. Students will refine their recording, sound design, mixing, mastering, and production workflow while receiving personalized feedback on their own projects. Whether producing electronic music, hip-hop, pop, rock, or film scores, students will develop the technical skills and creative confidence to produce polished, release-ready music.
