About This Course
Not only a songwriting class, this is a space to learn from a lifelong Juno nominated recording artist who’s toured the world and garnered millions of streams internationally, guiding you to becoming your own
complete artist. A group course for songwriters ready to nurture their artistry.
There are plenty of songwriting tutorials online. What’s missing is structured development, real time collaboration, accountability, and immediate feedback.
This artist development course is designed to bring you from, “I have ideas and dreams…’ to “I know who I am as an artist, what story I want to tell, here’s what I sound like, and here’s how I execute it.”

Prerequisites
This course is designed for emerging songwriters and artists who are ready to develop their craft more seriously. No formal training is required, but students should have an interest in songwriting, music creation, or performing, and be open to collaboration, feedback, and creative exploration.
Bring With You
- A notebook or device for writing and capturing ideas
- Any instrument you already use (optional but encouraged)
- A laptop or phone for recording demos or voice notes (if available)
- Any existing ideas, including songs, lyrics, melodies, or concepts you’ve started

Craig Stickland
Voice & Songwriting Instructor
Craig Stickland is a Juno nominated singer, songwriter, producer and multi instrumentalist whohas been a full time artist for over a decade. He has toured the world as guitarist and support for Alessia Cara, Coldplay, and Jojo to name a select few. His real world experience will provide invaluable insights, serving as an inspiring guide, while creating a fun and safe space to explore
your artistry.
